Had my truck towed there, diagnosed, and fixed for a fair price! They took the time to look into my other concerns I had at no charge. I would recommend to anyone needing car help.

John and Matt are just great. They inspect your vehicle like they own it, they don’t recommend anything you don’t need like a lot of people in the auto repair business, and they are always fair and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I can actually hear my self think. Your team did a wonderful job. From scheduling my appointment to repairing my car. Everyone was professional and nice. I was also surprised at the speed of which my car was repaired. Downside is now I can hear my passengers scream as I drive poorly. Your shop was recommended by my coworker Nic Rowe, another satisfied customer. He assured me you would get it fixed. He couldn’t believe my typical mechanic recommended that I keep driving it because they couldn’t hear it.This satisfied customer will be back!

A couple weeks ago my car started overheating. Adding coolant seemed to help but it seemed to be draining fast. I took it to a place down the street from me, but they claimed a pressure test showed no leaks and completely ignored my Check Engine light. Once I realized my car wasn’t fixed and still needed work, I decided to make the drive to Painless because I had a good experience in the past. They found the problems right away and fixed everything quickly and more cheaply than the other place. More than satisfied, I won’t ever try another mechanic again
