Whether you drive a Mustang, F-150 Lightning, F-150, Navigator, Expedition, or just want a 4.6/5.4 engine build for a custom vehicle we can help you. Engine builds suited for naturally aspirated, turbo's, and superchargers are available. Call us to discuss your plans and bring us your vehicle (or just the engine) and we will take care of the rest. Turn-around time is dependent on current shop & machining work load. All assembly is done in-house, machining is performed off site. If your build requires custom tuning we can refer you to several reputable Ford tuners in Southeast Michigan.

The cylinder #8 piston hit the valves and that's where we came in...

4.6L 3v bored +.010", forged Manley rods, forged Manley pistons, stage 3 blower cams, cam phaser lockouts, ARP head studs, ARP rod bolts, ARP main studs, headers, Hi flow catalytic converters, methanol injection, 60# injectors, Vortech S-Trim Supercharger @ 16# boost, air-to-air innercooler, heavy duty ACT clutch. Dyno results 530 RWHP / 508 RWTQ

2000 F-150 4x4

Stock engine had to go...

5.4L 2v bored +.010", forged Hawks Racing rods, forged Manley pistons, stage 2 blower cams, stage 2 CNC ported heads, ARP head studs, ARP rod bolts, ARP main studs, headers, Hi flow catalytic converters, methanol injection, 60# injectors, twin 255lph fuel pumps, Whipple 2.3L supercharger @ 18# boost in custom color, liquid-to-air innercooler, Superduty "built" transmission, TCI heavy duty custom torque converter. Dyno results 540 RWHP / 555 RWTQ

1967 Ford Mustang Convertible 390 FE

A customer brought in his vintage Mustang complaining of loss of oil pressure & performance. We found two frozen lifters, one cracked piston, & all of the plastic timing gear teeth sucked into the oil pickup tube! The 390FE Ford engine now has a fresh bore, rebuilt heads, turned/polished crank, new pistons, fresh powder coated block/intake/heads, and more. Now this Mustang is ready for the Woodward Dream Cruise.
